FAQ’s
Backups
How are my Snapshot backups secured?
The WPMU DEV cloud backups are protected by server-side encryption. When a backup file is saved, it is encrypted at the object level and decrypted for you when you access it through the Hub or via the plugin’s back-end.
Where are my backups specifically stored?
Snapshot Pro allows you to choose between two data centers located in the United States (east N. Virginia) or in Europe (Ireland).
Is Snapshot Pro compatible with WordPress Multisite?
Yes! Snapshot Pro is completely compatible with multisite installations – so you can be sure your entire network is covered.
Can I increase the WPMU DEV Storage space I have?
Yes! You can easily upgrade to a higher WPMU DEV membership plan (5-50GB storage range), or purchase a storage add-on. These start at $10 per month and range from 100GB to 1TB in size. You can also downgrade at any time.
What if I just want Snapshot Pro? Can I get it on its own?
It’s kind of a package deal around here (in a good way!). Every WPMU DEV plan comes with a number of pro plugins (including Snapshot Pro) to help optimize performance, security, updates, backups, white labeling, and more. We’ve ensured our lowest members plan is incredibly affordable and on-par with the normal cost of a pro WordPress plugin. It’s also completely up to you if you want to activate or utilize our other pro plugins and The Hub – think of them as bonus tools that are there if you need them.
Membership
Do you offer free trials?
No, we do not offer free trials of our membership plans at this time. However, every plan is fully covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee if you wish to cancel for any reason. No questions asked (except maybe to ask how we can improve for next time!).
How do I know which WPMU DEV plan is right for me?
We offer a number of different membership plans catering to businesses and freelancers of all levels. The best course of action would be to check out our pricing page. Here you’ll find a breakdown of each plan, what features and add-ons are included, how many sites you can connect, limitations versus other plans, and more. Our helpful sales team will also be on hand to assist you if you have any questions or if you’re having trouble deciding.
Do you have a money-back guarantee?
Absolutely! We have a 100%, 30-day money-back guarantee. So if you’re not happy in any way, cancel within the first 30 days and we’ll refund your most recent payment, no questions asked.
